libkcddb4 software package provides CDDB library for KDE Platform (runtime), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libkcddb4
libkcddb4 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libkcddb4 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libkcddb4 *
You will get with libkcddb4 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
